Last month we had our first Silver membership prize winner. A man referred at least three friends or family members and, in the process, earned $50 in cash.
That is, until we couldn’t get a hold of him.
Is the phone number on your account correct? If not, you could have won a prize but – unfortunately – you may never get it because we either have an incorrect or out-of-date phone number on file.
What if something happened to that member’s account? How would we contact him? By the time a letter got in his hands, the damage could already be done.
We have handy info update cards at all our branches. The next time you stop in, pick one up and fill it out – even if you’re sure your account information is accurate. It will take maybe 30 seconds.
Because things happen. Time passes. We forget.
But forgetting could cost you $50. And we don’t want that.
