Check that out – a new american1fcu.org!
Five years in the making (or, well, since our last update), the new website features an easy navigation scheme, less clutter, and social media links leading you to places like American 1’s blog, Flickr photo gallery, and YouTube page.
But most of the pages and organization will stay the same – it’ll just make more sense. So “Banking” has all the things to do with cash (savings, checking, etc.), “Loans” has what we’re really good at, and “eServices” has all the convenient ways to manage your money.
Check it out, and let us know what you think!
I can’t view my summary and that is what I look at everyday.
I logged on to check my balance in my checking account and the new website popped up. I don’t like it at all. I can’t get logged in to check my account. Why?!? Something has to be done.
We had a system update that brought home banking down – sorry to everyone who couldn’t log on. Wednesday’s outage had nothing to do with the new website launch, thankfully, but we know quite a few members were affected.
Everything is back up and running smoothly. Thanks for your patience!
The old site was easier to navigate. I don’t care for the new format.
I occasionly have trouble balancing the ole check-book and today using a couple of your new tools on the home-banking site I was able find where the problem was and correct it quite quickly. I was very, very HAPPY!!
For the 2nd weekend in a row, I’ve tried to logon to view my September statement with no success. I previously tried using this website 2+ years ago and was only frustrated. I’m sure I’m locked out again after following the specific instructions I was given this week. Please just send me a copy of my September statement. I’ve opted out of e-statements. Too much hassle for me. Thank you!
We’ll work with you on your specific problem, Tina. Thanks!
I like the new site, but Firefox won’t remember my username and password, like the old site. Call me lazy, but I hate typing that in all the time.
